Sesame Chicken


If you are looking for a sweet and crunchy Chinese dish you have found it!  This is a super easy and very quick.  Perfect for those basketball practice nights.

Crunchy, sweet, simple, what more can you ask for?  and it is Chinese.

1 to 2 pounds of frozen popcorn chicken (depending on how much you want) 
5 Tablespoons honey
5 Tablespoons sugar
1/4 Teaspoon Salt 
Sprinkle, Pepper
4 tablespoons ketchup
1 tablespoon white distilled vinegar
2 diced green onion 
1 Tablespoon sesame seeds
1 dash of hot sauce

Deep fry your popcorn chicken and drain on paper towels.

In sauce pan mix all other ingredients except onion and seeds, and bring to boil and lower, simmer for 5 mins.

Pour your chicken into large bowl and pour your sauce over them and gently mix until they are all covered.  Mix in your green onion and sesame seeds and serve over rice
