Easy Caramel Apples

These were as simple as can be and the kids had fun helping as well, maybe eating them they liked better.  This was my first time making them this way since the kids broke my candy thermometer *sad face* They were delicious and chewy and crunchy.  Everything a caramel apple should be.

2 bags Caramels
4 Table Spoons Water
6 Granny Smith Apples
Popsicle sticks
Pam Spray
Wax Paper

Put your wax paper on a cookie sheet and spray with pam so apples to not stick. Stick the Popsicle sticks in apples.  Take out a med size pot and put in all your caramels and water.  Put on med heat and stir constantly until melted.  Dip the apples and place onto wax paper.  Add chocolate, nuts, candy and more if you want as well.  Put in fridge for one hour and serve.

Reviews
Mallory: They were really good and it tasted sour because of the apples but that is okay because the caramel was sweet.
Anna:  Delicious
