Chocolate Chip Cookies

Now there is no lying when I say this, this is the best cookie you will ever have.  There is no pudding, corn starch, or all other bells and whistles.  This is a classic recipe that will make your taste buds sing.  It has a crunchy outside with a super soft inside and these do not get hard over time.  They stay soft for days, if they even last that long.  I also need to add that this is my moms recipe that she has been making forever.  So thank you mama!

2 1/2 Cups Flour
1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1 Teaspoon Salt
3/4 Cups Sugar
3/4 Cups Brown Sugar
2 Eggs
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
1 Cup of butter soft *2 sticks*
1 whole bag chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 375*

Mix your butter and sugars in a bowl until creamy.  Add eggs one at a time until creamy.
Sift flour, soda and salt together in separate bowl and then add slowly to butter mixture then mix in your vanilla.  Stir in your chocolate chips and place tablespoon rounds on to pan and bake or 10 mins or until edges are brown.
