Mama's Meatloaf

So let me tell you for the past 7 years of  living on my own I have been trying to find the perfect recipe for a meatloaf.  I love to cook of course and wanted to find my own meat loaf recipe for my own family.  Well after 7 years of failed recipes I broke down and called my mom for her recipe.  It is the best meatloaf I myself have ever had. It is simple, moist and great flavor, no matter how stuffed you are, you will always want to go back for seconds.
Enjoy it!

Ingridients:

2 lbs ground beef
1 Package of beef onion soup mix
1 small can of Evaporated Milk or 1/2 can of large Evaporated Milk
1 Egg
3/4 C Bread Crumbs
3 Tablespoons Ketchup
2 Teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

Directions:

Preheat oven 350*
Mix together ground beef, beef onion soup mix, evaporated milk, egg, and bread crumbs. Place Mixture into meatloaf/bread dish.

Mix together ketchup and Worcestershire and spread on top of raw meatloaf.
Bake meatloaf for 1 hour or until juices run clear and temp reaches 165*

  1. Wow this meatloaf was absolutely wonderful. Very easy and very tasty. I haven't been able to make a meatloaf that my husband liked and he loved this. Thanks again. This one is a keeper. Kiss your mom for me and says thanks.
