Garlic Chicken Breast

   This chicken dinner was a winner!  It was moist and had a light garlic flavor perfect for the rush around night!

3 garlic cloves
2 Tablespoons Garlic Powder
2 Cups Italian Bread Crumbs
1 egg
2 Cups Flour
Salt and Pepper
3-4 Chicken Breast
1 Cup Veggie Oil

Heat up your oil in frying pan while you are preparing 
Pre-heat oven 350*

Put your flour, egg and bread crumbs into separate dishes
Mix in a pinch of salt and pepper into your flour
Grate your 3 garlic cloves *I use a Zest Grater*
Put your grated and powder garlic into the bread crumbs
Dip the chicken breast *I pound them out to make them a little thinner* in your Flour,Egg and then Breadcrumbs

Fry each breast about 1 min or until golden brown and drain on paper towel

After drained put on sheet pan and bake for 30 mins or until chicken reaches internal temp.


6 and 3 year old approved!
