I just love a simple tuna patty even my kids were eating it up. As long as you love tuna you will love this quick dish that is perfect for lunch or dinner.
4 cans Tuna *drained*
3 Tablespoons Mustard
1/2 Cup Bread Crumbs
2 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
3 Tablespoon Parsley
1 Garlic clove minced
2 Tablespoons chopped green onions
2 eggs
1 Tablespoon Butter
1 Tablespoon Oil
Mix all ingredients together except butter and oil
Heat butter and oil onto griddle and form mixture into patties and place on griddle on med heat for 5 mins or until brown. Flip and do the same
Makes 8 patties
