Cookie and Cream Bark

I am back! I hope everyone had an amazing Thanksgiving.  
Welcome December, I cannot believe that Christmas is closing in and that means it is time to try new recipes for your cookie tray.
Here is your week 1 recipe it is as simple as simple can be! Beat,melt, stir and beat some more and it is just delicious.

24 oz white chocolate
2 Tablespoons Shortening
1 Cup Oreo Crumbs

Beat your Oreos or crumb in processor (chunky or fine, whatever you like better)
In double boiler melt chocolate and shortening together. When fully melted slowly stir the crumbs into the chocolate. Do not over stir or you will have black bark.
Pour your batter onto a foiled cookie sheet and put into the fridge for 2 hours
Then all the fun starts and you take a mallet to the bark to break into pieces.
