Beef Stir Fry


My favorite food is Chinese food, I could seriously live off of it.  One of my favorites is Beef Stir Fry and this recipe makes a lot but it is amazing! Probably better than any of your Chinese restaurant.

1/2 Cup Soy Sauce
4 Tablespoons Dry Sherry
2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
4 Teaspoons Garlic Powder
2 Teaspoons Ginger
1 1/2 Lbs Sirloin Steak cut into slices 
3 Cups Beef Broth
4 Tablespoons Corn Starch 
2 Tablespoons Oil
3 Cup bite size veggies *Broccoli,onion,green pepper,carrot and water chestnuts.*

Mix the first 5 ingredients in a bowl and pour in a pan with the steak and cook until done and take out sauce and steak and put into a bowl for later.

Put your oil and veggies into pan and cook until heated and add in the meat and sauce. Add in two cups of beef broth.  Mix in the corn starch with 1 cup of beef broth and mix well and pour into the rest of the stir fry.  Stir and cover until boiled and veggies are soft. 

Serve over rice
