Lemon Parm Chicken dish

If you haven't noticed I love lemon.  It is an obsession really the taste it brings is amazing!  I have been trying to sneak more of it into meals lately because my family thinks they do not like lemon dishes.  Well tonight I proved them wrong and they loved this, I even made it extra lemony!!  It is really the perfect balance of lemon and cheese.  What else could you ask for!

 1/2 box on linguine 
1 lb cubed chicken breast 
1/2 stick butter
1/2 Cup chicken stock
2 tablespoon lemon juice
Parm cheese
1 tablespoon lemon pepper
*optional: Lemon zest*

First start to boil your water and cook your noodles
In the mean time melt your butter into pan and mix stock,juice and lemon pepper into the pan and give it a quick stir.  Put your chicken chunks into the mixture and cook for 20 mins on med or until done.
Drain your noodles and place into pan with chicken mixture and give it a good stir
Plate up and add your cheese and zest
