Lemon Butter Tilapia

This has got to be the best Tilapia recipe I have ever made.  I have used this one before and it is my go to recipe!  The fish flakes perfect with a perfect amount of seasoning and a hint of lemon

6-8 Tilapia Fillets 
1 stick butter melted
1 lemon sliced
1 pkg. dry Italian dressing mix (0.6 oz)

Line a large cookie sheet with aluminum foil.  Pour the melted butter on to the pan.
Place the Tilapia on the butter and flip over to get both sides covered.
Place a lemon slice under each fish 
Cover the Tilapia with the Italian dressing mix.  (Do not make the dressing)
Cook in a 400 degree oven for 15 minutes or until done

*Option* Pour the excess melted butter from pan into bowl so you can dip your fish in it
