Hamburger Soup

Oh how I am going to miss soups!  Spring is right around the corner and in Wisconsin the snow is still fallen and the air is cold.  When it gets to be hot again I tend to lay off the soups until the fall season.  This soup is very quick and simple and even my picky eater eats it!  Now I dunno about anyone who makes this but something was missing with this recipe so I added a teaspoon of  Famous Daves Steak and Burger seasoning and a few dashes of salt and pepper turned out perfect!

1 Tbls Olive Oil
1/2 a med sized onion, chopped
2 Tbls minced garlic
1 lb ground beef
1 LRG can condensed tomato soup, plus 1 can water
2-14 oz. cans beef broth
1 small can of corn

*I added in from the original recipe a few shakes of salt and pepper and 1 tablespoon of Famous Daves Steak and Burger Seasoning*
1 cup cooked noodles.  Any noodle you choose
Heat olive oil in a skillet. Add onion and garlic until the onions are just soft. Add ground beef, season with salt and cook until meat is longer pink.

Meanwhile, in a 5 quart soup pot, pour in beef broth, tomato soup and water. Bring to a boil, turn down heat and simmer. cook pasta and corn directly in tomato/beef broth until done
enjoy and keep on cookin!
