French Dip Crescents

My hubby works nights so alot of nights we have to find some thing easy and quick since he leaves for work at 5.  So I found this recipe and it is one of our favorite sandwiches but this one came with a twist and it was simply amazing! Plus a bonus that my 6 and 4 year old loved them as well!  I hope your family will enjoy this as well

  • 2 packages crescent rolls, 8 count
  • 1 pound deli roast beef, thinly sliced
  • 4 ounces Swiss or provolone cheese, cut in 16 equal sized pieces
  1. Unroll crescents onto a large cookie sheet.
  2.  place a slice of roast beef and a piece of cheese on each crescent.
  3. Roll crescents starting from the wide end and ending at the narrow end.
  4. Bake at 375 degrees for 11 to 13 minutes, until crescents are a golden color.
  5. Serve with Au Jus
Enjoy!
