Crock pot Beef Stroganoff



This is one of our many to go recipes and it is the best Beef Stroganoff that you will ever have. No soups, no creams just all natural ingredients you will never want to make it no other way. It has great flavor, creamy, and super simple. You will be wanting to make this for sure the night time you have a slow cooker day.

Ingredients:
1/2 Cup Beef Broth (separated)
1/2 Cup Milk
1 Teaspoon White Wine Vinegar
1 Teaspoon Pepper
1 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Onion Power
1 Teaspoon Parsley Flakes
1 Teaspoon Paprika
1/2 Onion Minced
1 (8oz) Fresh Mushrooms
2 Tablespoons Butter
1 pound, stew meat
1 Cup Sour Cream
1/4 Cup Flour
1 Package Wide Egg Noodles

Instructions:
In your crock pot mix together 1/4 Cup of broth, milk, white wine vinegar, salt, pepper, onion powder, parsley, paprika, butter, minced onions, mushrooms and beef.
Cover and cook on High for 4 hours or high for 6 hours.
Whisk together other 1/4 Cup broth, sour cream and flour in a bowl. Stir into crock pot the last 30 minutes of cooking time, cover on low and cook for 30 minutes.
Stir well and place over cooked egg noodles.
