Rolled Grilled Cheese

So of course here in WI they decided that hey on April 19th we are going to give you 6 more inches of snow before we decide to start spring gee thanks mother nature!  So after having all the kids playing out side and myself cleaning off the car and took an hour of shoveling wet heavy snow we came inside and had some tomato soup and grilled cheese BUT it is not like every other grilled cheese it is amazing rolled grilled cheese that rocks at dipping.

American Cheese

Butter

You take however many you are going to make cut off the crust and roll the bread into squares place butter on opposite side of bread and cheese on the other.  Roll and place seam side down on griddle, cook until brown
