So this has to be one of the easiest and most amazing cookie that is invented by I don't know who but they were genius! This is always a huge hit on the Christmas Tray so here is week 3!
Now I have to go hide them so the husband doesn't eat them all in one sitting
1 package of Peanut Butter Cookie Mix
24 Peanut butter cups
Preheat oven *what is says on package*
Make your cookies as it says on package and mix well.
Drop heaping tablespoons of batter into your mini muffin pan
Bake for 7-9 mins
While baking unwrap all 24 of your peanut butter cups
When cookies are done take out of oven and push gently a peanut butter cup in the middle of each cookie and let cool in pan.
Take out of pan when done and try not to eat them all in one sitting
