Slow Cooker Beef and Mushrooms

What can be better then beef and mushrooms?  Nothing, nothing is better!  Ok maybe some things but these two combinations are my favorite.  This dish is very easy and quick and I am going to have to say it very very delicious! 

3    pounds    stew meat ( cubed ) 
1    Can (10.75 oz)    cream of mushroom soup 
2    Can (4 oz)    mushrooms ( with liquid ) 
1/2    cup    apple juice 
1    ounces    onion soup mix 

Combine all ingredients in a resealable gallon-sized freezer bag. Zip closed.
When ready to eat, remove from freezer and thaw in fridge for 24 hours. Dump contents into crock pot sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Cook on HIGH for 6 hours or LOW for 10 hours. 
Serve over rice.
