Roast Beef Noodles

This is one of my favorite it is super simple and the whole family loves it.  Since this is a roast beef dish you can cook in the celery and carrots but since over half of my family does not like cooked carrots or celery I just cut them up and serve them raw.

1 lb Chuck Eye Steak
1 bag of Wide Egg Noodles
2 Can Beef Broth
1 Pkg Onion Soup Mix
1/4 Cup Corn Starch
Celery and carrots optional

Mix beef broth, corn starch and soup mix until fully mixed and transfer into frying pan
Flatten out the steaks and put into frying pan with beef broth mix.  Put veggies in too if doing so

Cover and let cook on med heat for 15-20 mins until fully cooked

Boil noodles and drain

When steak is done take out and shred and place back in.

If you want the sauce to be thicker  take a 1/2 cup of water and mix in some more corn starch

Pour over noodles
