I don't know about you but buttermilk makes everything amazing in my say. This recipe is very much used in my house when making chicken breasts. Everyone loves it and it is so simple and it is the moistest chicken you have ever had!
1 lb chicken breast
1 Cup Butter Milk
few shakes of salt and pepper
Panko crumbs with Italian seasoning * I use Emeril Lagasse brand*
Preheat oven 350*
Pound out your chicken breast and place all first four ingredients in big zip lock baggie and place in fridge for 1 hour
After your hour take your chicken out and bread with panko crumbs and place on baking sheet with aluminum foil.
Bake for 20 mins or until done
