Here are some tips for pasta
Cook pasta 1 minute less than the package instructions and cook the rest in pan with the sauce
Use a large pot so the pasta is not crowded otherwise the pasta may stick together
Add salt to the water about 1 tablespoon
NEVER add olive oil to pasta. It prevents the sauce from adhering
NEVER rise pasta. You will be rinsing away most the starches and nutrients
