Skillet Lasagna


Do you want lasagna but don't have the time!  This is the perfect recipe to make when you are in a hurry!  It tastes just like the real thing with out all the hassle and it won't heat up your house on these horrid summer days!  Did I convince you yet?  If not I can keep going?

8 oz bowtie pasta
1 lb sausage
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp dried basil
1 (24oz) jar spaghetti sauce plus jar of water
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
 2/3 cup ricotta cheese

Cook your sausage until done.  
Add in your garlic and stir for 1 minute.  
Stir in your sauce and jar of water and add in your noddles and cover while stirring occasionally until noodles are done.  If you need to add more water it is ok to do so.
When noodles are done add in basil,and cheeses and stir and serve
