Wraps

So everyone has to love a wrap!  We are trying be healthier on what we eat especially since the baby will be here in about 6 weeks I want to be able to get back to my pre baby weight!! So here is my favorite wrap.  What is yours?

Flat out Flat Bread *90 cals*
 1 Tablespoon Light Ranch
6 slices of Chicken Deli Meat
2 square Mozzarella Cheese
Lettuce
Cucumber 

Spread the ranch on the bottom of the flat bread, layer your chicken,cheese, lettuce and then cucumber.  * I use long peelings of cucumber*

Roll up , Cut, and Enjoy!
