Pumpkin Bars

1 Box Of Spice Cake Mix
15oz Can of Pumpkin
1 Cup of Miracle Whip
3 Eggs

Preheat Oven to 350 and grease a 9x13 Cake pan.  Mix together Cake Mix, Miracle Whip, Eggs and Pumpkin. *DO NOT MAKE THE CAKE LIKE IT SAYS ON THE BOX*
Beat until smooth put in pan and Bake for 35 mins.

Cream Cheese Frosting
1 package of Cream Cheese
1/4 Cup of butter soft
2 tablespoons Milk
1 teaspoon Vanilla
4 Cups Powdered Sugar

Beat cream cheese, butter, milk and vanilla together Then Add powdered sugar a cup at a time and mix until smooth. Frost Cake when cooled

    1. haha Yes like the mayo =) It is used to make it very moist you cannot taste it also it is a wonderful ingredient to moisten chocolate cake just add 1 tablespoon =)
