This is my go to turkey burger recipe, it has never let anyone down before and then you throw this avocado spread on top? Yummo! You will never want a regular burger again! This will make you forget you are eating healthy. With amazing flavors and a creamy topping, this is a great burger.
Ingredients:
Burger:
1 lb Ground Turkey
1 Egg
1/4 Cup Bread Crumbs
1/4 Teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
1Teaspoon Salt
1 Teaspoon Pepper
1Teapoon Parsley
1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Onion Powder
1/4 Cup Mozzarella Cheese (shredded)
Spread:
1 Avocado
3 Tablespoons Miricle Whip
3 Tablespoons Hummus
1/2 Juice of a Lime
1/4 Teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
Directions:
Burger:
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and cook until burger reaches 165* or no longer pink in the middle.
Spread:
Place all ingredients in food processor or mix with an immersion blender until it is very smooth.
Spread on top of burgers and enjoy.
